Description
Chromogenic anti-Xa method for measuring homogeneously heparin in purified systems or in plasma using a two stage method.
First, factor Xa, in excess, is inhibited by heparin in presence of AT III, also in excess (and provided in the assay), then the residual Xa activity is measured by its activity on the specific substrate SXa-11.
Replacement of the old anti-Xa testkit (ref. 221010). Buffers are now presented separately. Kit performances and applications are mantained.

Intended use
Assay proposed for the measurement of anti-Xa heparin activity in research applications. This assay meets USP/EP requirements.
