BIOPHEN Heparin LRT 3 (Liquid Reagent Technology)

Description

Chromogenic anti-Xa method for measuring homogeneously heparin (UFH) and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), using the same calibration curve (kinetics method, one stage). The assay can also be used for testing heparin analogues, such as sodium danaparoid (Orgaran®) or fondaparinux (Arixtra®) and direct factor Xa inhibitors. Automatic or manual method.

Liquid reagent technology (LRT): All reagents are in liquid form and ready to use.

Intended use

Measuring the concentration of UFH, LMWH, Arixtra®, Orgaran®, rivaroxaban (Xarelto®), apixaban (Eliquis®) and edoxaban (Lixiana®) in patients’ plasma for monitoring the therapy and adjusting drug dosage.
