Chromogenic anti-IIa method for measuring homogeneously heparin in plasma (tested diluted 1:25) or in purified systems, using a two-stage method.
Offers a wide measurement range from 0 to 1 IU/mL for plasma, or from 0.002 to 0.04 IU/mL for purified systems and is appropriate for testing heparins for their anti-thrombin activity.
This assay meets USP/EP requirements.
Intended use
Assay proposed for the measurement of heparin anti-thrombin activity in research applications acc. to Pharmacopoeia.
