Description
Two-site ELISA method for the measurement of D-dimer in human plasma. Assay designed with two murine monoclonal antibodies, the first one highly specific for human D-dimer, is used for coating the ELISA plate and the second one, conjugated with a horseradish peroxidase (HRP) marker. The assay includes a calibrator and two controls (normal or pathological). Normal ranges are < 400 µg/mL. D-dimer concentrations are expressed as “Fibrinogen Equivalent Unit” (FEU).
Intended use
Assay proposed for the measurement of D-dimer in research applications.
