CRYOcheck Factor VIII Deficient Plasma with VWF, frozen

Description

CRYOcheck^TM Factor VIII Deficient Plasma is frozen, immunodepleted, platelet-poor, and tested by both antigenic and functional assays to have less than 1% factor VIII. Purified VWF is reintroduced, resulting in a deficient plasma with normal levels of VWF (VWF antigen and activity >50%). Other coagulation factors have been assayed and results are provided on the certificate of analysis that accompanies each lot number.

Intended use

Intended for use as a deficient substrate in clot-based factor VIII activity assays using the one-stage activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) method.
