Description
Two site ELISA method for the measurement of β2-glycoprotein 1 (β2GP1) on plasma or any biological sample where it must be measured. Assay designed with polyclonal antibodies specific for β2GP1, for coating the microplate (immunocapture) and also labelled with a horseradish peroxidase (HRP) marker. This assay measures homogeneously β2GP1 in plasma.
Intended use
Assay proposed for the measurement of β2GP1 antigen in research applications.
