Tris buffer - progressive AT - Anti IIa, pH 8.40
Dilution buffer for progressive antithrombin activity using an anti IIa method, and a variant protocol of BIOPHEN®AT (Anti IIa) kit (ref. 221122), performed in the absence of heparin.
Tris buffer - progressive AT - Anti Xa, pH 7.85
Dilution buffer for progressive antithrombin activity assay, using a variant protocol for BIOPHEN®Antithrombin kit (ref. 221102/221105).
Special Calcium Chloride solution (0,025 M) with heparin neutralization
Special Calcium Chloride is intended for heparin neutralization in activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (aPTT) assays performed using automated methods. The reagent minimizes the effect of unfractionated heparin (UFH) and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on aPTT measurements up to 1 IE/mL, supporting accurate coagulation testing of heparinized samples. For professional in vitro diagnostic use in medical laboratories and diagnostic facilities.
Isotonic Sample Diluent
This in vitro diagnostic product is intended for professional use in laboratory.
Tris NaCl EDTA Buffer with heparin neutralisation, pH 7.85
For testing direct FXa inhibitors, especially with BIOPHEN Heparin LRT (ref. 221011 / 221013 / 221015), BIOPHEN Heparin 3 (ref. 221003), BIOPHEN Heparin 6 (ref. 221006) or BIOPHEN DiXaI (ref. 221030). This buffer totally neutralizes heparin present in the assay sample and renders a measurement totally specific for DiXaI.
