The 5-ELISA Annexin A1 Antigen kit is a two-site enzyme immunoassay for measuring Annexin A1 antigen in plasma or in any biological fluid where it must be tested.
Annexin A1, which is released by neutrophils, has an anti-inflammatory role that regulates the inflammatory role of the innate immune response. Its elevated concentrations in plasma indicate an ongoing stimulation of the body’s immune and inflammatory functions. It has a therapeutic potential as a drug candidate, and the 5D-ELISA can also be used for testing these clinical trials (articles attached in insert).
