Bioactive HIT-Like Control Plasma

Description

Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia (HIT) is associated with the development of heparin dependent IgG antibodies, usually targeted to heparin and platelet factor 4 (HPF4) stoichiometric complexes. These antibodies are evaluated with HPF4 assays. Bioactive HIT-Like Control Plasma contains a humanized Monoclonal antibody to HPF4 complexes at a high concentration, and they behave as a HIT plasma in assays. They are used for the quality control of these tests.

Intended use

The Bioactive HIT-Like Control Plasma is intended for the quality control of HIT assays.
