CoaChrom TBS Buffer pH 7.40, steril

Description

Tris Buffered Saline (TBS) at pH 7.40 (± 0,10), filtrated through a 0.22 μm cartridge and filled in 1000 mL bottles.

Intended use

Any laboratory application where a tris buffered saline at pH 7.40 is required. Especially for use as an ELISA diluent following addition of BSA to 1% final. This buffer has been tested as a dilution buffer in a 2-site sandwich ELISA using peroxidase conjugate.
