CoaChrom PBS EIA Buffer pH 7.4, steril

Description

Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) at pH 7.40 (± 0.10), filtrated through a 0.22 μ cartridge and filled in 1000 mL bottles. 

Intended use

Any laboratory application where a Phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.40 is required. Especially for use as an ELISA diluent following addition of BSA to 1% final and Tween20 to 0.1% final. This buffer has been tested as a dilution buffer in a 2-site sandwich ELISA using peroxidase conjugate.
