CoaChrom Carbonate Buffer pH 9,5, sterile

Description

Carbonate buffer at pH 9.50 (± 0,10), filtrated through a 0.22 μm cartridge and filled in 500 mL bottles.

Intended use

Any laboratory application where a carbonate buffer at pH 9.50 is required. This buffer has been tested for the coating of Elisa plates with purified IgG.
