Reliable determination of FDP with MRX Green FDP

Latex immunoassay for the quantitative determination of fibrin and fibrinogen degradation products (FDP)

MRX Green FDP is a highly sensitive latex immunoassay for the quantitative determination of fibrin and fibrinogen degradation products (FDP) in human citrated plasma. The determination of FDP is part of the diagnosis of disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) using the scoring system of the Scientific and Standardization Committee (SSC) for DIC.¹

Elevated FDP values are also frequently associated with:

  • Pulmonary embolism (PE)

  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)

  • Acute aortic dissection (AAD)

MRX Green FDP is based on ready-to-use, highly stable liquid reagents - applications for coagulation machines are available.
