MRX Green FDP is a highly sensitive latex immunoassay for the quantitative determination of fibrin and fibrinogen degradation products (FDP) in human citrated plasma. FDP measurement is a key component in diagnosing disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), as outlined by the scoring system of the Scientific and Standardization Committee (SSC) for DIC.¹
Elevated FDP levels are also frequently associated with:
Pulmonary embolism (PE)
Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
Acute aortic dissection (AAD)
MRX Green FDP is based on ready-to-use, highly stable liquid reagents - applications for coagulation machines are available.
